Do you want to contribute to inspire and attract more talent toward the (cyber) security domain? Join the role models poster- and online campaign organised by Equals, together with other female talents in IT and cyber security. The campaign will be kicked-off on international women’s day on 8 March in Amsterdam. HSD is endorsing partner of this campaign and network event, because together with our partners we are looking for concrete scalable programmes to ensure that there is sufficient and skilled security talent for the labour market, as part of the ambitions in the Human Capital Agenda Security. One of the opportunities is to attract underrepresented groups such as women in cyber.

Research shows that role models are crucial to inspire women and young girls to take steps into the IT and security sector/functions. Therefore, Equals started this annual role model campaign. It consists of a national out-of-home campaign via abri’s and through social media to reach more than 5 million people combined. Click here for an impression of last year's campaign. Cities where the posters can be displayed are: The Hague, Rotterdam, Amsterdam, Utrecht, Apeldoorn and Groningen.

If you want to join this campaign, a photo shoot will be organised to create the poster. This will take place in late January and early February 2024. Therefore, the deadline to apply is 31 January.

Network Event on 8 March
