The HSD Campus is the national innovation centre of the Dutch security cluster, with living labs, education and training facilities, flexible office space and meeting rooms. At the HSD Campus - located in The Hague - businesses, government and knowledge institutions from across the country collaborate to harvest knowledge, and develop products and services that contribute to a more secure world.
The HSD Campus is serving as an inspiring place to meet entrepreneurs, students and professionals in the Dutch security cluster. It is for example home to the Cyber Security Academy (CSA) and the HSD Office. As an independent organisation, HSD Office accelerates collaboration in the Dutch security cluster, connects businesses, governments and knowledge institutions and facilitate knowledge sharing between them. In addition, the HSD support desk SME Connect provides security entrepreneurs with advice.
At the Campus, security issues are discussed and knowledge is shared on cyber security, national and urban security, protection of critical infrastructures, and forensics. Programme ideas on innovative solutions for a more secure world are subjects of continuous dialogues. There’s a weekly lunch at the Plaza with Campus tenants, there are also HSD Cafés and numerous events organised at the HSD Campus. This provides a lot of network and business opportunities.
Why The Hague?
The Hague, the 2nd largest city in the Netherlands, is considered the International City of Peace, Justice & Security and attracts (inter)national organisations, talent and innovators that want to make a difference. The city has established itself as a major hub for cyber security in Europe, which is demonstrated by the presence of the European Cybercrime Centre Europol (EC3), NATO Communications and Information Agency, the Dutch cybersecurity, intelligence and security agencies and a wide range of cyber security businesses. In addition the city is also home to the Cyber Security Academy and the Dutch Security Cluster HSD. This makes The Hague the place where talented people work together on innovations for a more secure world.
