On 15 September, Security Delta (HSD) organised a 'Cyber Kracht Food Tour' for entrepreneurs in The Hague in close collaboration with Bites & Stories and InstinKct. During this unique event, culinary delight was combined with essential knowledge about cybersecurity, as participants walked through the streets of The Hague.

During the tour, participants stopped at Hotel Indigo, the Paleistuin and The Gray Space in the Middle, where insights were shared on identifying cyber risks and the history of The Hague. Entrepreneur Maartje van den Brul from Happy Huis said: "Cybersecurity can be somewhat stuffy but during the tour it was brought to our attention in a creative and fun way. Online topics such as phishing were discussed at an offline location, in this case at the Hofvijver. This way the topic resonated much better."

The purpose of the Cyber Kracht Food Tour is to make entrepreneurs aware of the dangers of cybercrime and to help them strengthen their digital security," says Manon Verdiesen, InstinKct. Freelance Project Manager Silvany van Velsen has certainly learned some new things during the tour: "I am always aware of cyber risck when I'm working, but privately not so much. I'm now aware that the smallest changes can ensure more protection against hackers."
