Kleewein onderneemt is a one-woman business run by Saskia Kleewein, a project manager and consultant in safe entrepreneurship. In particular she helps business and government work together to create a safe industrial park, shopping centre or entertainment district.
My specialities are: retail, Keurmerk Veilig Ondernemen (the ‘Business Security Warranty’), public-private partnerships and combating shoplifting and retail theft.
I have been an independent business owner since early 2013. I wanted very much to use my experience to run my own business – I had one client, saw opportunities and trusted that more would come.
I have more than ten years of experience with public-private partnerships in the areas of crime prevention and safety, at local and national levels.
I worked at the Dutch Gold and Silver Federation, where I was responsible for everything related to combating crime in the watches-and-jewellery branch: theft, armed robbery of shops and representatives, ram-raiding, etc.
I later worked for the retailers’ association Hoofdbedrijfschap Detailhandel, and supported more than 30 shopping areas in acquiring the ‘Keurmerk Veilig Ondernemen’ safety certification. I also frequently chaired evening meetings, or was a trainer at meetings about preventing shoplifting and theft.
I am available as a project manager/consultant, as a temporary replacement for an employee, or to organize or chair an event or meeting.
