This year the 16th edition of The European Payment Summit 2017 will take place in The Hague at 8 and 9 March. The Hague Security Delta is endorsing partner of this event and the program also contents insights on security issues. During this event The Florin Award will be hand out to the best Secure Transaction Solutions. Security organisations are invited to participate.
Security has become top priority in the transaction space. They are in a constant battle to ‘smart-out’ elements in society who focus on taking advantage of weak spots in the digital infrastructures. In order to prevent fraud and raise security levels, a lot of energy and innovation is needed to secure a trustworthy and reliable (payment)infrastructure and still secure a customer friendly and simple way of operations.
The European Payment Summit (EPS) offers a 2 day program featuring key developments in the payments/transaction space ‘for-by professionals’, combined with key sessions on international Security & Fraud. Next to the many session there will be breaks to visit key cases and presentations of professional suppliers and new start-ups (FinTech). The audience consists of key policy makers, decision makers in the FSI, top-experts in payments and the transaction space and key stakeholders in both payments, (cyber)security , technology, transaction infrastructure, mobile, cards and other related areas of expertise.
