The Indian market offers many opportunities. A significant amount of HSD members were involved in the outgoing mission to India in October 2015 and the large incoming mission in May of this year. Because we believe in the opportunities for Dutch safety and security experts in the Indian market, HSD is preparing an application for the Partners for International Business program (PIB). This PIB is an instrument from the ministry of Foreign Affairs, operated by the Netherlands Enterprise Agency of the ministry of Economic Affairs (RVO) with the aim to position Dutch knowledge and expertise in promising foreign markets. HSD is already the coordinator of a PIB aiming with a focus on the Japanese market.

India’s Promising Market

India, as a global IT hub, is a very promising market. This was expressed in the recent missions and some Dutch companies have already seized business opportunities as a result of previous missions. Indian counterparts, like NASSCOM, the Data Security Council of India, the states of Telangana, Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh, have expressed their interest in HSD as well as the Dutch expertise and consider the Netherlands as one of the preferred suppliers of expertise, technology and knowledge. Within a PIB partners will stand strong by collectively planning and visiting key organisations and companies. Matchmaking is part of the process. Group members receive personalised guidance.

You can register here for the information meeting on December 9th.
