Are you a student and would you like to get a better understanding of the Cyber Security domain? Join the first National Cyber Security Summer School (NCS3), which will take place from 22 - 26 August 2016 in The Hague, Rotterdam, Amsterdam, and Delft. The NCS3 aims to attract students who are interested in the field of Cyber Security and would like to be introduced to both the technical and non-technical aspects. No prior knowledge of Cyber Security is required to participate in this summer school. In many ways, this summer school aims at “de-mystifying” the field of Cyber Security, so Participants can get a better understanding of the field.

The programme will include lectures from leading experts from academia, businesses and governments, a group competition to provide the Dutch Cyber Security Council with policy advice, and a full evening programme with networking and matchmaking dinners.

The NCS3 is an initiative of the Dutch Cyber Security Council and is organised by dcypher with support from CGI Group, Nederland ICT, TNO, the National Cyber Security Centre, Leiden University, TU Delft, and several other organisations. It is an example of how - within the Dutch security cluster HSD - triple helix partners cooperate to stimulate students for a carreer in the cyber security field, creating access to talent.
