On 18 Juli, the ministry of Justice and Security organised a demo-day of their 'Startup in Residence Programme 2019', enhancing innovative public private collaboration. During the event 9 startups presented new innovative prototypes for societal issues and challenges of the ministry.
Amongst the startups was 'Meld een Vermoeden'. For six months, the Follow the Money team (Public Prosecution Service) and Meld een Vermoeden worked on a technological innovation linking data analyses to connections in the neighborhood. Aiming to get a better insight of criminals and to track their money flows.
