In the first week of June 2019 the Netherlands will be transformed into a global hub for innovation and entrepreneurship. Together with the United States of America, the Netherlands will be organising the ninth edition of the Global Entrepreneurship Summit (GES) on 4 and 5 June.
At the GES, around 2.000 entrepreneurs, investors and other participants from all over the world will come together at the World Forum in the Hague. The summit aims to promote international entrepreneurship and recognise entrepreneurship’s influence in the development of concrete solutions to global challenges.
After the recent success of the CES in Las Vegas, where Scalys won the Best Of Innovation Award and 50 Dutch companies showcased their innovations and at the Holland Pavillion. Resulting in agreements with American partners in relation to knowledge and funding to grow their business, according to Mona Keijzer State Secretary of Economic Affairs and Climate (EZK). "I support these entrepreneurs gladly to make them succeed with their Dutch solutions for global challenges. An example being our cooperation with the U.S. in organising the Global Entrepreneurship Summit in june in The Hague. I therefore call for innovative entrepeneurs to sign-up and participate."
There are 200 of the 2.000 spots available for Dutch entrepreneurs. GES connects entrepreneurs from across the globe with the most influential, international investors and businesses. You can sign up until 30 January 2019.
