Visma Group Intends to Acquire Dutch Cloud Software Provider EBPI

Visma Group, leading provider of business-critical software to private and public enterprises in the Nordic, Baltic and Benelux regions, has reached an agreement to acquire Dutch cloud software provider EBPI, one of the leading providers of governmental Software (SaaS) in the Netherlands. The agreement is subject to advice from EBPI’s works councils. The transaction will be filed with the Dutch competition authorities.

 

HSD partner EBPI complements Visma’s portfolio and broadens the domains in which they are already active in the Netherlands. At the same time EBPI will benefit from a strong partner to further develop their footprint in the Netherlands whilst enabling the business to offer its services internationally via the Visma Group network.
