IonIt Becomes Part of Grabowsky B.V.

As of July 12 2019, IonIT is acquired by Grabowsky, active in the Identity & Access Management (IAM) market since 1986. In order to be able to meet the growing demand in this market in a Grabowsky way, there is a continuous need for professionals who fit within the Grabowsky culture. The good mutual cooperation between the two parties in recent years has led to the acquisition.

Steven Daniëls, Managing Director, explains: ''In the coming years, we will see an increasing demand for convenience. The discussion will increasingly focus on business goals such as being in control, Total Cost of Ownershop (TCO) and mitigating safety risks, and no longer primarily about technology. You also see that more and more organizations want to take their digital security to a higher level. In addition, the control over their identities becomes more important. We endorse the importance of an integrated approach. In other words, the joint approach of people, process and technology.''

IonIT is a separate practice within Grabowsky, in order for the current clients of IonIT to be still served with attention. Georg Grabner, co-founder of IonIT, leads this practice.

By joining forces, organisations of different sizes and with different issues around IAM can be better assisted.

What else does this mean?

• Extensive knowledge of multiple technologies
• The name IonIT is replaced by Grabowsky
• The email addresses of the former IonIT employees have been changed to @grabowsky.com, the phone numbers have remained the same
