For that reason, the focus on international knowledge development, innovation, capital and talent as well as acquisition and branding are important focus areas for HSD. Are you interested in exploring a new market? Soft-Landing Programmes offer companies and entrepreneurs a unique opportunity to ‘soft land’ for a trial period in the market of HSD’s partner-ecosystems. It provides a low risk entry trial to companies and entrepreneurs entering a new international market, accessing the resources they need to more readily tap into commercial opportunities. The soft-landing programmes were co-founded with InnovationQuarter and the Dutch Chamber of Commerce/Enterprise Europe Network. There are soft-landing programmes with the US and Canada and, on top of that, the Global EPIC Soft-Landing Programme offers opportunities to soft-land in Taiwan, Poland, the UK, Canada and the US.
Partners for International Business (PIB)
HSD Office coordinates two PIB programmes: one for Japan and one for India. PIB is a tool provided by the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RvO) and commissioned by The Ministry of Foreign Affairs. It allows consortia of Dutch businesses to do business internationally with the help of organised trade-missions, matchmaking, knowledge exchange opportunities, collaberative presentations as well as mutual participation in international conferences.
