Safe software is essential within the prevention of cybercrime. Many organisations are aware of this and call for pragmatic developments. The Secure Software Foundation, in collaboration with the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs (EZ), the ECP (Platform voor de InformatieSamenleving) have developed the Framework Secure Software (FSS). The framework includes  stages of the SDLS (context-, threats,-implementation, - and verification).  This framework is used to control and test the security aspects within software developments.
