Preliminary Call for Papers

The ICMCIS is an international conference with 15 years of tradition. The previous name of the conference was: Military Communications and Information Systems Conference (MCC). The intent of the conference is to create a forum for useful contacts and exchange ideas on development as well as implementation of advanced information and communications technologies and services in military systems. The conference gives a unique opportunity to discuss different points of view and share experience with colleagues from European and NATO nations involved in CIS. Previous conferences took place in many countries in Europe. The last three conferences were supported by the IEEE. It is intended to obtain this support for ICMCIS 2016 as well. Note that only a full paper will be published in the proceedings. Papers for this session will follow the regular paper deadlines and review process.
