HSD Café: Crisisbeheersing op Europees, Nationaal en Regionaal Niveau

Dit HSD Café staat in het teken van Crisisbeheersing op Europees, Nationaal en Regionaal niveau. Afgezien van kwesties met betrekking tot de manier waarop crisisbeheersing is vertaald in wetgeving, beleid en in de praktijk, worden discrepanties tussen deze gebieden belicht. Drie experts in crisisbeheersing delen hun visie en ervaring, en geven in inzicht in hoeverre crisisbeheersing verschilt op Europees, Nationaal en Regionaal Niveau. Welke veranderingen en innovaties in het crisis management domein zien zij het liefst gerealiseerd worden? Hoe kunnen deze veranderingen en innovaties op elk niveau goed worden georganiseerd binnen Europa?

Graag horen wij uw mening en reactie op de presentaties tijdens de panel discussie. 

De opzet van dit HSD Café is als volgt:
Van 16:00 tot 16:20 uur wordt crisisbeheersing vanuit drie perspectieven belicht:
- Eelco H. Dykstra, M.D. (Executive Chairman DIEM: Daily Impact Emergency Management en Convenor, WG2 (CBRNE) CEN TC391: Societal en Citizen Security) vertelt  over de invulling van crisisbeheersing op Europees niveau en belicht de ontwikkelingen m.b.t. crisisbeheersing binnen Horizon2020
- Dhr. Gert-Jan Ludden (Directeur SVDC & Lid Strategische Advies Raad HSD) bespreekt de invulling van crisisbeheersing op Rijks, regionaal en lokaal niveau en geeft perspectief op alternatieve strategieën.
- Dr. Ing. Josine van de Ven (Projectleider "Evolved Learning", onderdeel van het EU FP7-project DRIVER van TNO) geeft inzicht in hoe het DRIVER project bijdraagt aan het structureren en organiseren van innovaties binnen het crisis management domein.

Na de introductie is er gelegenheid voor vragen en discussie. Vanaf 17:00 uur is er gelegenheid om te netwerken onder het genot van een drankje en een versnapering.

About the HSD Café
The HSD Cafés are organised for HSD partners on every first and third Thursday of each month (except on public holidays). From cyber security, drones to critical infrastructure, 20 sessions will be organised around security topics relevant for businesses, governments, and knowledge institutions. In the first hour (16.00-17.00) of each HSD Café, experts will briefly present a security topic, dilemma, or innovation, followed by an informal discussion.

The second part of the HSD Café (17.00-17.45) will consist of drinks and a possibility to network. The HSD Cafés provide an excellent opportunity to meet (potential) business partners, bring along your contacts, expand your knowledge, and shape the debate on key security issues of the future.
