Satellite Data Utilization
The Netherlands Space Office, TNO and Enterprise Europe Network Netherlands invite you to the Space-MATCH Brokerage Event 2014. This event aims to establish a bridge between the special world of space research and successful commercial business development on Earth. Given the theme of ‘Space Data Utilization’, this year’s event will focus on the use of satellite data for a large variety of applications, ranging from navigation, safety and security to agriculture, subsidence and air quality.
The Keynote lecture during the event will be given by Ed Parsons (Google).
Ed Parsons is the Geospatial Technologist of Google, with responsibility for evangelizing Google’s mission to organize the world’s information using geography, and tools including Google Earth, Google Maps and Google Maps for Mobile. In his Keynote Ed Parsons will share his thoughts on how the European Space Sector can become more relevant to the citizens of Europe, by making technology and information more accessible.
Space-MATCH will target a wide spectrum of companies and specialized research centers interested in sharing project ideas, meeting partners, fostering collaboration and identifying new business opportunities in the area ‘Space Data Utilization’.
